Services are delivered online and may include individualized workout programming, virtual coaching, progress reviews, accountability, fitness education, messaging, video feedback, and digital resources. Jon’s Aesthetic does not maintain a public client-training facility or storefront.

Information We Collect

Identity and contact information such as your name, email address, telephone number, age or date of birth, and account/profile information.
Fitness and coaching information such as goals, exercise history, training experience, body measurements, progress information, available equipment, schedule, activity levels, and program preferences.
Health-related information you voluntarily provide that is relevant to exercise safety or programming, including injuries, limitations, medical history, medications, pain, or medical restrictions.
Photos, videos, check-in images, exercise videos, progress photos, testimonials, and other content you choose to submit.

Health and Sensitive Information

Because personalized fitness coaching can involve information about injuries, physical limitations, body measurements, nutrition habits, and other health-related matters, some information you provide may be sensitive. We will use such information only for legitimate coaching, safety, operational, or legal purposes and will take reasonable steps to protect it. Jon’s Aesthetic is not representing itself as a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider merely by providing fitness coaching. Other federal or state privacy or breach-notification laws may nevertheless apply depending on the technologies and information used.

Photos, Videos, and Testimonials

Progress photos, exercise videos, check-in images, and other client media submitted for coaching are not automatically licensed for public advertising. Jon’s Aesthetic will obtain separate permission before intentionally using identifiable client photos, videos, transformations, or testimonials in advertising or public social-media content, unless another written agreement clearly grants that permission.

Service Providers and Platforms

Jon’s Aesthetic may use third-party providers for website hosting, forms, scheduling, payments, email, messaging, analytics, video calls, file storage, or coaching delivery. These providers may process information to perform services for us.
